Any issues with the products must be reported via email (geo@geobees.co.za), within 48 hours after goods were released from the Geo Bees (Pty)Ltd premises. The estimated delivery time depends on which option you chose: Standard (4 - 5 business days), Express (1 - 3 business days), Pudo locker (3 - 5 business days), Pick up (ready in 24 hours). Shipping fees also depends on the option that you chose: Standard shipping @ R125.99, Express shipping @ R159.99, Pudo locker @ R78.99.
