Refund policy
If our products have a visible defect or different ingredients than stated in the product description, we will gladly take back the product on your own cost and give you a full refund after we examined the problem which you might have with the products. If there is no problem with the product but you wish to return it to us, we will be able to assist you with the return of the product to Geo Bees (Pty)Ltd on your own cost and give you a 50% refund of the product cost after we examined the product to see if it is in perfect condition to sell again. Orders wrongfully sent will be replaced with the correct order on our own cost.
To log a refund kindly send us an email (geo@geobees.co.za) within 48 hours after you received your order (we will confirm with the tracking number) and we will get in contact with you in 24 hours to advise on your refund and if it is valid. After sending the initial email requesting a refund, we will send you the correct products or new products within 5 business days. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding refunds! We want you to be happy with your products!
